- Helicopter operations are completely weather dependent and subject to DGCA & local aviation authority approvals.
- Passengers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar / Passport / Voter ID).
- Body weight restrictions apply as per helicopter safety norms; final seating is decided by the pilot.
- Baggage allowance is limited (generally 3–5 kg per person); soft bags are recommended.
- All passengers must complete Yatra Registration before travel.
- Darshan and puja timings are subject to temple administration rules and crowd conditions.
- In case of bad weather or technical reasons, flight timings may change or be delayed.
- Any extra night stay due to weather or operational delays will be chargeable.

- The tour operator is not responsible for missed onward connections due to delays or cancellations.

- Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will attract 100% cancellation charges. No refund will be applicable in case of no-show on the day of travel.
- Cancellations made 5–7 days prior to the scheduled departure date will be eligible for a partial refund. A cancellation fee will be deducted as per operator policy; the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Cancellations made within the non-refundable period are not eligible for any refund. 100% cancellation charges will apply for cancellations made close to the departure date.

- Processing Time: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation confirmation.
- Method: All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
- Conditions:
- Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions, air traffic clearance, and government regulations.
- Flight schedules may be rescheduled, delayed, or cancelled for safety reasons without prior notice.
- All guests must strictly follow safety instructions issued by the pilot and ground staff.
- In case of force majeure situations such as bad weather, natural calamities, or technical issues, the operator’s decision will be final.
- Any additional expenses arising due to delays or cancellations will be borne by the passenger.
- The tour operator reserves the right to modify the itinerary for operational or safety reasons.
