Who We Are - Chardham Yatri
Chardham Yatri is a travel planning and assistance service run from Dehradun by people who were born in the Garhwal hills. Many of us first walked the Kedarnath trail as children with our own families, and today we help pilgrims from across India and abroad make the same journey with less worry.
We arrange vehicles, hotels and day-by-day itineraries for the four dhams, guide you through the official registration process, and stay in touch while you are on the road. We are a private company, not a government body, and we follow the rules set by the Uttarakhand government for every yatra season.

The Himalayan roads are beautiful but unforgiving. Our job is to give every yatri clear facts, a realistic plan and a reliable local contact, and to keep them away from the fake agents who target pilgrims each season.

Kedarnath Helicopter Tickets: Please Read
- Chardham Yatri does not sell, issue or guarantee helicopter tickets of any kind.
- Helicopter seats for the Char Dham Yatra are sold only on the government-authorised IRCTC Heliyatra website.
- No private agent, travel company or individual is permitted to sell these tickets directly. Offers of "confirmed quota" seats are a scam.

Where is Chardham Yatri based?

Our office is near ISBT in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Most of our trips start from Dehradun, Haridwar or Rishikesh, and we can arrange pick-ups from Jolly Grant Airport and the railway stations.
Do I have to pay in advance to book with Chardham Yatri?

No. We never ask for an advance. Payment is collected only after your yatra has started, and only through our official contact channels. Anyone demanding an advance in our name is not part of our team.
Can Chardham Yatri book Kedarnath helicopter tickets for me?

No. Kedarnath helicopter tickets are sold only through the IRCTC Heliyatra portal. We can explain the booking process and plan your road and hotel arrangements around your heli slot, but we do not sell or guarantee tickets.
Is Char Dham Yatra registration mandatory?

Yes. Every pilgrim must register on the Uttarakhand government's official registration and tourist care portal before starting the yatra. Registration is free, and we guide you through it step by step.
