2. Service Description

Chardham Yatri provides helicopter services and travel packages for pilgrimage to the Char Dham sites: Kedarnath, Badrinath, Yamunotri, and Gangotri. Our services include:

Helicopter transportation services
Travel package arrangements
Accommodation bookings
Guide services
Travel insurance coordination

3. Booking and Cancellation

3.1 Booking Policy

All bookings require a minimum 50% advance payment
Full payment must be made 30 days before the travel date
Bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions

3.2 Cancellation Policy

30+ days before travel: 90% refund
15-29 days before travel: 70% refund
7-14 days before travel: 50% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund

4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate personal information
Follow safety guidelines and instructions
Respect local customs and traditions
Carry required identification and permits
Arrive on time for scheduled services

5. Weather and Force Majeure

Helicopter services are subject to weather conditions and government regulations. We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel services due to:

Adverse weather conditions
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Technical issues
Other force majeure events

6. Liability

While we strive to provide safe and reliable services, Chardham Yatri is not liable for:

Weather-related delays or cancellations
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Personal injuries due to non-compliance with safety guidelines
Issues arising from force majeure events
