To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of the booking date.
- The travel service must not have been utilized or commenced.
- You must provide proof of booking (confirmation email or receipt).
- Refund requests for special promotions or discounted packages may be subject to different terms.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

- Provide your booking reference number and reason for the refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations made after the booking confirmation may incur charges based on the following schedule:
- More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus a processing fee.
- 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
