Requirements

• Valid ID Proof (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Driving License) is mandatory at the time of hotel check-in.
• Advance Booking Amount (minimum 30% of package cost) is required to confirm your seat.
• Carry comfortable clothes, light jacket, and basic items.
• For group bookings, please inform the total count and preferences in advance.

Terms & Conditions

• Package rates are per person and may vary depending on season, availability, or group size.
• The package is non-refundable once the journey has started.
• In case of natural events, strikes, or landslides, the tour operator is not responsible for delays or itinerary changes.
• Hotel check-in and check-out timing follows standard policy (12:00 PM / 11:00 AM).
• No refund will be provided for missed sightseeing due to late arrival, weather, or personal choice.
• Full payment must be made at least 3 days before departure.

Cancellation Policy

• Allowed up to 15 days before the departure date.
• Applicable if canceled 7–14 days before the trip.
• If canceled less than 7 days before departure OR no-show on travel day.
