Weather Conditions

• Rishikesh has moderate weather, best for paragliding from September to November and February to June.
• Summers (April to June) can be warm; wear light cotton clothes.
• Winters (December to January) are cool; carry a light jacket.
• Monsoon season (July–August) brings heavy rain and strong winds; avoid paragliding then.

Road Conditions

• Hilly Roads – The route to the take-off point goes through hilly terrain with winding and narrow roads.
• Traffic Delays – Weekends and holidays bring heavy tourist traffic; starting early helps avoid long delays.
• Monsoon Risk – July and August rains can make roads slippery and risky; always check weather before traveling.
• Parking – Parking space near the paragliding site is limited; follow staff instructions for safe parking.

Requirements

• Minimum age for paragliding is 12 years; maximum weight limit is 100 kg for safety reasons.
• Carry a valid government ID like Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport for registration.
• Avoid the activity if you have heart conditions, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or pregnancy.
• Wear comfortable sportswear and sturdy closed shoes; slippers or sandals are not allowed.
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the activity; this can lead to cancellation without refund.
• Stay hydrated, but avoid heavy meals at least 1 hour before the flight.
• Listen carefully to the safety briefing by certified instructors and follow all rules strictly.
• Pre-booking is advised as slots fill up fast, especially during weekends and holidays.

• 50% advance payment required for booking confirmation.
• Full payment must be cleared before Start travel.
• No refund for last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours).
• Follow all safety instructions and respect local rules during the activity.
• Unused services will not be refunded.
• Carry valid photo ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, Passport) during the tour.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the travel date. No cancellation charges; full amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
• 50% refund if cancelled 4 to 6 days before the travel date. The remaining amount will be deducted as cancellation charges.
• No refund if cancelled within 3 days of the travel date. No-show or last-minute cancellations (less than 72 hours) are non-refundable. No refund for unused services or early checkouts.
