• Comfortable Clothing – Wear light and comfortable clothes suitable for mild activity and easy movement.
• Clear Skies Preferred – Bungy jumping depends on visibility and dry conditions. Jumps may be delayed or cancelled in bad weather.

• Hilly Roads – The route to the jump site passes through hilly terrain with curves and narrow roads.
• Traffic Delays – On weekends and holidays, expect traffic due to tourist rush. Start early to avoid long waits.
• Monsoon Risk – During July–August, rains can make roads slippery. Drive carefully and check weather before travel.
• Parking – Limited parking available near the jump site. Follow signs or staff guidance for safe parking.

Requirements

• Carry a valid government ID like Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Passport for registration.
• Minimum age for bungy jumping is 12 years; weight should be between 40 kg and 110 kg.
• Avoid the activity if you have heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent fractures, or pregnancy.
• Wear comfortable sportswear and closed shoes—no slippers or sandals allowed at the jump site.
• Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the activity; it may lead to cancellation without refund.
• Stay hydrated, but avoid eating heavy meals at least 1 hour before the jump.
• Listen carefully to the safety briefing by instructors and follow all rules without exception.
• Mobile phones, cameras, or personal items are not allowed during the jump for safety reasons.
• Pre-booking is recommended as slots can fill quickly, especially on weekends and holidays.

• The advance paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• The full payment must be made before the start of the trip.
• No refund will be given if you miss or do not use any part of the tour (hotel, meals, etc.).
• The company is not responsible for delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather, landslides, or roadblocks.
• You are responsible for your own health. Carry required medicines and stay fit.
• Hotels and vehicles will be provided as per availability and the package. Room heaters may cost extra.
• If included, helicopter service is subject to weather and availability. If canceled, refund is as per helicopter company policy.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel before 30 days of the journey – 100% refund (excluding booking/transaction charges). You must inform in writing (email/message) to confirm cancellation.
• If you cancel 15 to 30 days before the trip – 50% refund of the total package amount. Any advance booking charges (flights, hotels, etc.) are non-refundable.
• If you cancel less than 15 days before the journey – No refund. Also, no refund for: No-shows (you don’t join the trip), Leaving trip in between, Unused services (meals, hotel, etc.)
